Coming from a lineage of passionate and renowned winemakers, my passion for wine and the world of vines dates back to my childhood. Since my early years, I have always been at my father's side in the vineyards and the cellar, learning to respect and understand the work of the land. Creating and perpetuating the family winemaking tradition was a childhood dream, realized in 2017 with the founding of Clos Cérianne , a wine estate located in the cellar of my great-grandfather, Charles.
As an independent winemaker , I cultivate two hectares of vines with a deep respect for nature, the authenticity of our terroir and the vines inherited from my ancestors. My goal is to produce unique wines, combining pleasure and balance, which reflect the richness of our terroir and the heritage passed down from generation to generation.
Clos Cérianne offers a variety of wines, each highlighting the quality of the work carried out in the vines and the cellar. These wines are the result of an approach that respects the environment and tradition, while meeting modern demands for quality and taste pleasure.
At Clos Cérianne , my wines are made from indigenous grape varieties and old vines of Carignan, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Grenache. Cultivated in a unique Mediterranean climate, between Tramontane and sun, these vines benefit from the exceptional richness of the Aspres terroir , which gives my vintages a complexity , richness and original flavors .
I invite you to discover my range of wines in IGP Côtes Catalanes and AOP Côtes du Roussillon appellations , composed of reds , whites and rosés , in single varieties or in blends . Some of these wines have been vinified in amphorae , a method that allows them to live a unique experience., revealing all their subtlety and elegance .
